Late March, Exponential Impact partnered with Pikes Peak Community Foundation to launch Survive & Thrive COS, the community’s first small business emergency relief fund. The fund provides up to $25,000 in low-interest loans, as well as mentorship and resources, to small businesses in El Paso County affected by COVID-19. $1 million was raised to start the initiative, and we hope to continue to raise more to support small businesses and their employees.

“We believe in and need our small businesses,” said Vance Brown, XI’s Chairman. “Survive & Thrive COS supports resiliency, builds community and develops healthy businesses and holistic leaders.”

As the application goes live, XI & PPCF will be calling on our local communities to look for experienced mentors, and those looking to support the initiative financially. We encourage anyone interested in learning more about this to visit Survive & Thrive COS, where they can apply for funding and mentorship, or get involved.

We are incredibly grateful to City of Colorado Springs Government and Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC for their support, and look forward to sharing more developments on this initiative soon.
